  • Well, that didn’t take long. Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul has landed a new series. The new series, which will be on Netflix, is called BoJack Horseman: A Tale of Fear, Loathing and Animals and will be animated. Aside from Paul, the series will also feature the voices of Will Arnett and Amy Sedaris.

According to Netflix’s announcement of the series, BoJack Horseman will follow former TV star BoJack as he tries to get through “a muddle of self-loathing, whiskey, and failed relationships.”

The series is set to premiere in mid-2014 and will have 12 episodes. The show was created by Raphael Bob-Waksberg, a writer and actor known for his work on The Exquisite Corpse Project. According to Variety, Arnett will do the voice of whiskey-drinking horse BoJack and Paul does the voice of BoJack’s sidekick.

“Even though he’s been out to pasture, I’ve always admired BoJack for his inimitable style and can-do attitude,” Netflix chief content officer Ted Sarandos said. “I couldn’t be more thrilled that he’s getting off his legendary haunches to join the Internet TV revolution here on Netflix.”

Even though Breaking Bad fans won’t get to see Aaron Paul, there’s no doubt they’ll love hearing the voice behind Jesse Pinkman again–especially if the show’s director will let Paul’s character Todd slip in a “bitch!” once in a while.

In other Breaking Bad news, it was announced today that the popular show has received three Screen Actors Guild Award nominations. Bryan Cranston, who played meth kingpin Walter White, is up for best actor in a drama series; Anna Gunn, who plays Walter’s wife Skyler, is up for best actress in a drama series; and Breaking Bad received a nomination for best drama ensemble.
