Rocker Jon Bon Jovi got some scary news when his daughter was arrested at Hamilton College in New York early Wednesday morning for drug possession.

19-year old Stephanie Bongiovi was thought to be overdosing when her friends called 911, but when police arrived, they found her still breathing and in possession of a small amount of heroin and marijuana. She was arrested, but has since been released and is waiting on a judge to decide her fate. Officials also said another student was taken into custody: Ian Grant, 21, who was found to be in possession of illegal drugs.

Hamilton College released a statement about the incident:

"In addition to violating state law, the actions alleged to have been committed by the students violate Hamilton College policy. The college is cooperating with the police investigation. Our first concern is always for the safety of our students. Out of respect for the privacy of our students and in accordance with federal regulations, we do not discuss individual health or disciplinary matters."
