Bobbi Kristina Brown is slowly slipping away at a hospice facility outside of Atlanta, Georgia. Meanwhile her boyfriend, Nick Gordon, has been recently spotted in Florida, during a rare public outing.

A lawsuit has been filed, alleging that Nick Gordon assaulted Bobbi Kristina in the hours before she was discovered unconscious in the bathtub of her Roswell, Georgia home. Bobby Brown hasn’t allowed Nick Gordon to visit Bobbi Kristina since she was first admitted to the hospital back on that fateful day.

Us Weekly reports that Nick Gordon was spotted on a shopping trip. He wore a white collared sports shirt and jeans–as well as a very somber expression.

Bobbi Kristina’s aunt, Pat Houston, announced last Wednesday that her niece and only child of the late Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, had been moved to a hospice facility.

“She is in God’s hands now,” she said. “Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s condition has continued to deteriorate. We thank everyone for their support and prayers.”

In the lawsuit filed against Nick Gordon on June 24th, Bobbi Kristina’s conservator Bedelia Hargrove accused him of dragging Bobbi Kristina upstairs by her hair, withdrawing funds from her bank accounts without authorization, and knocking out her teeth in the hours before she was found in the bathtub. The lawsuit seeks $10 million in damages.

“No human being, male or female, should endure what Bobbi Kristina endured,” Hargrove said in a statement. “Pat Houston and Bobby Brown have done all they can to take care of Bobbi Kristina since this terrible tragedy occurred. I have worked closely with both of them and we all want the very best for Bobbi Kristina.”

It was June 24th when Nick Gordon deleted his Twitter account, too, but not before he posted one last message.

“We keep praying. She has fought hard this long,” he Tweeted. “Don’t give up hope.”

Dr. Phil McGraw, who was instrumental in sending Gordon off to rehab, would like to interview him again. Will Nick Gordon go for it? Or is he perhaps being silenced by lawyers since the lawsuit was filed?
