Bindi Irwin recently revealed she has a special someone in her life, but she didn’t share his name. The late Steve Irwin’s daughter is growing up fast. Many remember her as the adorable eight-year-old, left fatherless when the Crocodile Hunter died suddenly nine years ago. Today she is a beautiful young woman with a boyfriend.

Now that boyfriend has outed his relationship with Bindi Irwin–although it’s possible he did so inadvertently.

Professional wakeboarder Chandler Powell shared a photo of himself with Bindi Irwin, and shared some sweet words, too.

“Happy Birthday to this gorgeous girl! Feel very blessed to have you in my life. Counting down the days until I get to see you again! @bindisueirwin #TotallyGushing #ILoveCamping #ILoveTheOutdoors #ISwamTheCrocPond,” the 18-year-old wrote on Instagram.

Chandler Powell is a very handsome young man. He and Bindi Irwin make an adorable couple.

Mom Terri Irwin has her hands full with son Robert and a 17-year-old daughter, but Bindi Irwin seems very grounded for a teenager.

It was about a year ago when Bindi publicly talked fashion, about how teenagers need to wear clothing that doesn’t flaunt all their assets.

“I mean, for me, I look around at a lot of young girls that are my age, and they’re always trying to dress older,” she said. “Whether it’s wearing revealing clothes or hardly wearing any clothes at all, I feel really bad for them.”

It certainly appears like Terri Irwin has an extraordinary daughter on her hands. Bindi Irwin seems mature and sensible. She is set on continuing her father’s legacy, too.

“Mom and Dad are truly my heroes,” she said during a recent interview. “And I have to say, so is my little brother, Robert. He’s 11, and he’s just the most amazing boy. He’s so much like Dad sometimes, it’s a bit scary. Dad is and always will be my living, breathing superhero.”

It will be interesting to see if Bindi Irwin and Chandler Powell start popping up as a couple at public events.
