Ben Affleck may have some explaining to do.

According to a report by People magazine, Affleck may be footing the hotel bill of the former nanny to Affleck and Jennifer Garner.

The 28-year-old Christine Ouzounian has reportedly been staying at the Hotel Bel-Air, which is Affleck’s home away from home, and according to a source for magazine,”Ben is taking care of Christine’s expenses at the hotel.”

The former nanny has been at the hotel for several days and an eyewitness told People that Ouzounian is having a grand ‘ole time despite denials from Affleck’s rep that there was an affair.

“Christine is enjoying her hotel stay,” the eyewitness said. “She acts like she is on vacation. She has been spotted by the pool several times, the spa and Wolfgang Puck’s restaurant. She seems relaxed and happy. She hangs out with girlfriends, reads magazines and is on her phone a lot.”

People also reports that a friend of Ouzounian’s said that Ben and Christine “are in touch every day, all day long. He got them phones just for each other.”

Affleck and and wife, Jennifer Garner, split on June 30. Rumors have been rampant that the alleged affair with the nanny angered Garner to the point she couldn’t remain married to the father of her three children. An Affleck associate said the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice star had only a “work relationship and a friendship” with the former nanny.

“Ben’s friendly, but it’s not always meant to be flirty,” said the source.

Ouzounian reportedly told friends that she and Ben Affleck met up frequently at the Hotel Bel-Air starting this spring.
