Behati Prinsloo, wife of Maroon 5 front man and The Voice coach Adam Levine, is pregnant with the couple’s first child.

A source tells E! News the Victoria’s Secret model is three to four months along in her pregnancy.

“She knows what she’s having and she’s very excited,” the source says.

Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo tied the knot in July of 2014. Levine spoke with E! News shortly after their wedding about their impending foray into parenthood.

“Yeah, we’re gonna do it at some point in the not-so-distant-slash-undisclosed-slash-I-really-have-no-idea-big-question-mark future,” he said at the time. “Is that ambiguous enough for you?”

As for how many children he and Behati Prinsloo want to have, Adam Levine said the following.

“Like 17. Is that reasonable?,” he said, adding, “I love kids so much, though. I love seeing kids on the set, too.”

Behati Prinsloo will likely be one of those models who bounces back to her pre-pregnancy shape in a ridiculously short amount of time. Of course when you’re able to hire private trainers and chefs, it makes losing post-baby weight a bit easier.

It will be fun to hear Adam Levine talk about his countdown to becoming a dad on upcoming episodes of The Voice. Since the blind audition portion of the show was recorded a while back, Behati Prinsloo’s pregnancy likely wasn’t up for discussion at that point. Do you expect fans will hear Blake Shelton ribbing Adam once live episodes of The Voice resume?

Congratulations are likely going out to Behati Prinsloo and Adam Levine from friends and fans from all over the globe.

Do you think Behati Prinsloo and Adam Levine are having a baby boy or a baby girl?
