  • Anna Kendrick will reportedly team up with pop superstar Justin Timberlake for an upcoming Dreamworks musical.

The Pitch Perfect star has been signed on to Trolls for a while now after being cast as Princess Poppy; Timberlake has been confirmed to join her in the animated film, which focuses on the ever-popular Troll dolls. The film will make its premiere in November of next year.

Kendrick has been a busy bee lately, showing up in a Kate Spade commercial with none other than feminist icon Gloria Steinem. Anna told E! News that she adored the brand’s flagship store and was looking forward to seeing their portion of New York Fashion Week, including scoping out the other celebs.

“It’s too cute, I actually can’t stand it. It’s too cute. It’s actually really great when I’m at a show with someone super-famous. Like if I’m at a show with Kim Kardashian—I haven’t been at a show with Kim Kardashian—but let’s just say…yeah, I would take her picture too!” Anna Kendrick said.

Not only is Kendrick busy with her film roles and modeling gigs, she’s a talented singer who often shows off her pipes in her movies and will be publishing a book of personal essays next fall. Anna released a statement earlier this year about the book, saying she didn’t want to get anyone’s hopes up about her writing skills.

“I’m excited to publish my first book, and because I get uncomfortable when people have high expectations, I’d like to use this opportunity to showcase my ineptitude, pettiness and the frequency with which I embarrass myself. And while many of my female inspirations who have become authors are incredibly well-educated and accomplished comedy writers, I’m very, very funny on Twitter, according to Buzzfeed and my mom, so I feel like this is a great idea. Quick question: are run-on sentences still frowned upon? Wait, is ending a sentence with a preposition still frowned upon? I mean, upon frowned? Dammit!”
