Amy Schumer made the announcement this week that she’ll be hosting the 2015 MTV Movie Awards, and is already poking fun at the network with her trademark naughty wit.

“I am honored to be hosting the awards. I will carry the audience with me like a teen mom,” she wrote on Twitter.

The comedian took over MTV’s social media accounts to share the news, posting photos of herself as a spotlight-loving kid along the way.

“Wickedly funny and sharply insightful, Amy Schumer is perhaps the most ascendant talent in comedy today and she’s on the brink of an epic year. We are thrilled to work with Amy to create an unpredictable and hilarious showcase for Hollywood’s biggest blockbusters and brightest stars in what promises to be the most combustible Movie Awards ever,” said MTV President Stephen Friedman.

Schumer got her big break on the fifth season of Last Comic Standing, and has gone on to star in her own critically acclaimed sketch show, Inside Amy Schumer. Her raunchy brand of comedy has also made her a hot guest at Hollywood roasts.
