  • Allison Williams just returned home from a “heavenly” honeymoon in Italy, and is ready for life to return to normal..

The Girls star married Ricky Van Veen on September 19th. Tom Hanks officiated the ceremony that took place at Brush Creek Ranch in Saratoga, Wyoming. Celebrity guests included Lena Dunham, Katy Perry, John Mayer, and of course Hanks. Allison Williams’ dad and ousted NBC Nightly News anchor Brian Williams walked his daughter down the aisle.

Despite all the excitement and making of treasured memories, Allison Williams admits she’s glad to be home. She even shared that sentiment when posting a gorgeous shot from her honeymoon on Instagram.

“Honeymoon was Heavenly & I’m Happy to Be Home,” she captioned it.

Allison Williams was a beautiful bride. Her wedding dress–an Oscar de la Renta gown–was stunning.

“One more. This pretty much sums up my feelings about the whole weekend. Thank you all for the well-wishes, and thanks to everyone who made it possible. ?: @christianothstudio,” she captioned this shot of her wedding gown.

Recently spotted strolling leisurely down the street, walking her dog Moxie, Allison Williams has been on cloud nine. Now she’s ready to do the normal things in life she enjoys–like walking her dog.

She makes a good point, though, don’t you think? While traveling is exciting, it’s always good to return home.

Now it’s time for Allison Williams to begin her new life as a married woman.

How much of her life do you expect might change now that she’s tied the knot?
