  • Alicia Silverstone and Jeremy Sisto will be, for better or for worse, always associated with the film Clueless for millions of people, and the duo have embraced the fun film as well as the influence it had on pop culture when it was released in the ’90s. Although they’ve reunited with several of their co-stars a couple of times since then, it never fails to excite fans when the two of them get together, and they gave us what we wanted at Sunday night’s AMAs.

Silverstone and Sisto took the stage to introduce Gwen Stefani, who was on hand to perform her new hit “Used To Love You”.

“It’s been 20 years since Jeremy and I worked on the movie Clueless. And we are proud to be a part of Amy Heckerling’s film,” Alicia Silverstone said.

The duo were at the awards ceremony specifically to be paired up with Gwen, whose song “Just A Girl” with No Doubt was featured in Clueless.

“You know one of the many, many great things in the movie was this young, up and coming band named No Doubt and their song “Just a Girl.” It featured the amazing voice of Gwen Stefani,” Sisto said.

Alicia Silverstone and Jeremy Sisto have had a long working relationship, as they appeared in the film Hideaway together and were most recently paired up again for his series Suburgatory.

Silverstone, who is busy with her vegan-friendly organization The Kind Life when she isn’t acting, showed off her still-svelte figure on the red carpet on Sunday night and made several best-dressed lists with her sparkly gold gown.

As for Gwen Stefani, she gave a stellar performance as always despite the tricky subject matter of the song; “Used To Love You” is reportedly about her recent ex-husband Gavin Rossdale, who allegedly cheated on Gwen with their nanny.
