Ahmad Bradshaw was one of three Giants with injuries sufficient to take him off the field and out of the game on Sunday, and ESPN’s Adam Schefter confirmed on Twitter that the running back would undergo an MRI today on his neck.
The string of injuries didn’t stop the team from defeating the Tampa Bay Bucs, however, earning them a 41-34 win despite the loss of tackle David Diehl and wide receiver Domenik Hixson.
Bradshaw was given X-Rays after leaving the game in the second quarter and was strong enough to stand for them while being given basic motor function tests, but doctors are erring on the side of caution and ordered an MRI for today. It’s likely Schefter will update his Twitter feed when any news is available.
Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw is scheduled to undergo an MRI on his neck Monday.
