Things just aren’t going Aldon Smith’s way, as the San Francisco pass rusher surrendered to authorities Tuesday night in connection with felony weapons charges.

After being processed, Smith immediately posted $75,000 bail. NFL.com is reporting that Smith is scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 12 in connection with the charge. He has an additional court appearance scheduled for Nov. 19 to face misdemeanor DUI and drug charges.

The weapons charges come from a party thrown at Smith’s house in 2012. Two people were shot at the part, and Smith was stabbed. Police searched the premises and found three illegal assault weapons and other weapons.

Smith had been in rehab at the time of the charge, which comes from his DUI arrest on Sept. 20. Smith has been on an “indefinite absence” from the San Francisco 49ers.
