Flickr Gives Developers A Friendly Nudge

There's a bit of a conceptual gap between code and pretty pictures, so we wouldn't have guessed that there would be a lot of overlap between the developer and photographer crowds.  Still, Flickr's going to see how many people it can serve with a new developer website and blog.
