Pop singer Justin Bieber was pulled over for drag racing in Miami Beach at around 4:00 Thursday morning and arrested for DUI. As of 8 AM the As Long As You Love Me singer is still in police custody as officers await the results of a blood test to determine his blood alcohol level. He hasn’t yet been booked into jail.

Bieber was stopped for drag racing in his rented Lamborghini when officers believed he’d been drinking. A young model was in the car with him at the time of his arrest. This definitely won’t sit well with Selena Gomez. The Come & Get It singer has been linked again to the pop singer following a lengthy break up, but isn’t one to tolerate illegal behavior.

Justin Bieber’s arrest immediately follows a controversy in his California neighborhood where police are seeking footage to determine if the singer was involved in recent vandalism there involving throwing eggs at a neighbor’s home. The incident cost his neighbor thousands of dollars in property damage. There is also suspicion of drug possession related to that case.

It’s long been clear that Justin is headed in a frighteningly bad direction. Hanging around with the likes of Lil Za and Lil Twist hasn’t helped his behavior either. Lil Za still lives in his home and that has also been a major point of contention between Bieber and Selena Gomez.

Hopefully with Justin Bieber’s DUI and drag racing arrest (Justin is also under age, so this makes the offense even more serious) someone–his mom, his manager Scooter Braun or his father–will file for a conservatorship over the young singer and help him take charge of his life. If that doesn’t happen–and soon, too–Justin’s future looks bleak.

Justin Beiber is worth 1/4 of a billion dollars. His future is just fine. He won’t see jail time or prison time or anything for either incident. Right now he is making millions of dollars in royalties and will make millions more. Not to mention his stocks he owns.

Kim, prison is for the poor. Always remember this. Why do you think so many people are forced to plead guilty? It is because they can’t afford good lawyers or investigators.

I worked in a prison for a half a decade or so. I saw it every day. Lots of innocent people and lots of poor.

Justin Bieber won’t have much of a future if he winds up dead. As a mother whose son spent two years in a state prison I recognize the signs of substance and alcohol abuse and fear for Justin’s future in terms of his physical and mental well being, not his financial situation.

Oh I understand. I truly do. More than you will ever know. I just know the system is corrupt and if you are rich, you will never see the inside of a prison unless you royally piss off a lot of people — even then you can buy your way out of prison.

Prison doesn’t help with drug abuse anyway. They don’t call it a revolving door for nothing. The states and outside consulting firms just make a heck of a lot of money off of drug offenses. The last thing a person that is struggling needs is to go to the hell of prison. How is that going to help? It won’t. Then the person will struggle to find a job when he or she leaves prison and that will motivate them to go right back to using drugs.

America is really very stupid, corrupt, and short-sighted. We are a vengeful society and then we wonder why things never get any better.

At the end of the day, Justin will be just fine though. As long as he doesn’t blow his money or hooks up with a gold digger — he will be fine. Mark my words.

I do believe Beiber is the largest DB on the planet….beating out Rodman, Scott Disick and the KArdashian clan as a hole (pun intended)…just to name a few DBs.

I told my 16yr old son, DB is a punk rich kid who has let fame go to his head. he isn’t the first and he won’t be the last. Just make sure you don’t look up to people like him for your inspiration. He can trash his life if he wants, that is something we all have a choice in doing.

If I hear him whine..”I am just a 19yr trying to find my way”..bullspit again…..good god.
