Josh Duggar has been noticeably absent from many of the former 19 Kids and Counting family activities since word of his sexual molestation scandal hit the media in May. Maybe his family members wanted it to appear that way, in an effort to save the family's reality show. Since TLC announced last week that it was canceling 19 Kids and Counting, Josh Duggar has surfaced in a recent family video.

Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar celebrated their 31st anniversary this week, and in a video clip posted on Tuesday, it's clear that Josh Duggar is there for the celebration.

Jim Bob Duggar presented his wife Michelle with a very special ring he had made for their anniversary. The ring is comprised of all 19 birthstones from all of the couple's children.

Not only does Josh Duggar appear in this video clip, his name is also called by someone a few times at the end.

Josh Duggar's wife Anna is also seen in the clip. Josh and Anna Duggar just welcomed their fourth child--a baby girl they named Meredith Grace--into the world on Sunday.

In addition to the gift he presented his wife in the video clip, Jim Bob Duggar shared some very sweet words about Michelle Duggar on The Duggar Family website.

"The greatest blessing of my life was 31 years ago, on July 21, 1984 when Michelle married me. She is the virtuous woman that Proverbs 31 talks about. She is the ultimate wife and mother and I love her more and more each day. Michelle is a strong leader, yet tender hearted, and has a sweet, loving spirit. She is my best friend, we share everything. Michelle is selfless, always thinking of others first. She is an example to millions of women, her children rise up and call her blessed. Michelle is my business partner, ministry team companion and the mother of our 19 children.

Michelle, I love you! Your life has impacted the world.

-Jim Bob"

And in return, Michelle Duggar shared an anniversary message with her husband on the website.

"I love you more than words can express!

I'm so grateful for how you lead, protect and cherish me.

You are my best friend and encourager, my most faithful prayer partner and my life long companion & love.

You won my heart years ago as I saw your deep love for God and your transparency with me.

Recently, when one of our daughters asked, "Mom, what one quality should I look for in a future spouse?", as I considered the answer, I realized what it is that I admire so much in you, Jim Bob.

It is that you LOVE & HONOR God and in humility you are open & transparent with me, simply put, HUMILITY and the FEAR OF THE LORD.

I'm so grateful that you share your heart with me. Your hopes, your dreams your successes, your weaknesses and even your failures.

We are a team. I so enjoy the oneness of spirit that we experience as we walk through this life together with Jesus.

I respect and admire you so much, Jim Bob!

I'm so honored to be your wife!

Happy Anniversary!

Do you find it strange that Josh Duggar hasn't appeared in any family photos of clips since his sexual molestation scandal first made news, but now that TLC has cancelled 19 Kids and Counting, he shows up on a video clip on the family's website?

Do you think this is deliberate, or is it simply coincidental?
