Donald Trump laid out a pretty fair amount of change for his campaign ad budget, and according to the New York Post, he hasn't used any of it so far. That'll change in the coming months, sources say, to the tune of about $2 million a week.

Trump reportedly set aside $25 million for his ad budget, which will be spent showing the country how focused he is on particular issues. Mudslinging isn't on the agenda...unless someone attacks him first.

“If you attack Trump, he will attack you 10 times as hard. We will not allow any attack to go unanswered," an adviser said.

It's been rumored that Donald Trump may use personal funds for his campaign, although that hasn't been confirmed.

Despite making many controversial statements in recent months, Trump has enjoyed a 20% lead in national polls and has appealed to the middle class workers of America with his views on the state of the workforce and wages. He has also made it clear that his views on immigration are tied to his plan for creating more jobs for American citizens and says he would cut taxes for everyone.

Trump's approval rating may take a hit, however, as he has been in a feud with just about every other presidential candidate and takes to social media to battle it out, which is seen as unfavorable by many voters. He also continues to receive negative write-ups in the media, such as a recent one by Joseph W. McQuaid of the New Hampshire Union Leader.

"An insult to the intelligence of Republican voters. Trump has shown himself to be a crude blowhard with no clear political philosophy and no deeper understanding of the important and serious role of President of the United States than one of the goons he lets rough up protesters in his crowds."
