Former "Friends" star, Courteney Cox, had her vacation to Cancun cut short, when she apparently fell and broke her wrist on Saturday.
According to TMZ, 49-year-old Cox was hanging out with friends in Mexico when it happened. It is reported that she somehow slipped and as she was trying to break her fall, her wrist simply snapped. Doctors were called to her hotel room to observe the break, and confirmed that it was serious.
Serious enough that the medics put a cast on her wrist. Courteney decided to not take any chances and booked a private flight to head back to the States as soon as she could. Courteney will be having her own physicians treat the break, and it has not yet been determined whether or not she will have undergo surgery to fix it.
Cox was enjoying a well deserved vacation after completing her latest projet, "Just Before I Go", which she directed herself. She started working on the film at the beginning of this month in Los Angeles. Cox cast Seann William Scott in the lead role as Ted Morgan, a depressed man who heads back to his hometown to right some wrongs before committing suicide.
Can’t believe we wrap tomorrow! Huge thanks to the entire cast and crew. xo
