Fifty-year-old Yolanda Foster from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is planning to put her Malibu, California, home on the market. The reality television star recently spoke with Us Weekly about the reason behind the move. “This is our dream home, but due to my battle with Lyme disease for the past two years I just don’t have the strength to run this almost 5-acre property anymore and should really focus on my recovery with as little stress as possible. My daughter Gigi moved to New York last July and my Bella will move this July, so it will be just the two of us with my 14-year-old son, Anwar.”

Yolanda and her famous Grammy-winning music producer husband, 64-year-old David Foster, have already listed the house for $27.5 as reported by Trulia. The impressive 3-level home was built in 2009 and spans 11,622 square feet. Some features of the house include: 12′ ceilings, 6 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, recycled Bavarian walnut floors, 2 spa bathrooms, an office, a library, a recording studio, and a billiards sports room. The property also includes oversized closets, scenic views, outside sitting areas, and an infinity pool. This listing offers the standard ambiance to be expected of typical Malibu real estate properties.
During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Yolanda spoke about her humble beginnings and desire to maintain distance from the hustle and bustle of city life. “I am not a city girl. I [was] born and raised on a farm, so for me, I need nature. If I had to live in Beverly Hills seven days a week, my spirit would probably die,” she said.
