Yahoo Fills Chief Revenue Officer Position with Ex-Google Executive

    Yahoo’s Interim chief executive officer, Ross Levinsohn comments on adding Barrett to this team:

    Barrett will be responsible for the company’s advertising revenue and operations globally. He will start in his new position at the beginning of July. He brings with him vast experience from Google where he lead the integration of Admeld Inc., after the acquisition.

    Garett has previously held executive positions at Fox Interactive Media and AOL Media Networks. Also noteworthy is his sales experience with Yahoo!, GeoCities and Disney Online.
