After a lengthy investigation, Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith have officially been cleared by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services.

The investigation started after thirteen-year-old Willow Smith, Will and Jada's daughter, posted a black and white picture of her lying in bed with the former Hannah Montana star Moises Arias, 20, on her personal Instagram account. The photo has since been removed.

The Department of Children and Family Services received an anonymous tip concerning "the welfare and safety of Willow, based on the contents of the photo."

Will and Jada both defended their daughter, and explained that there was nothing sexual about the photo, and that it was completely innocent. "Here's the deal," Jada told TMZ on May 8. "There was nothing sexual about that picture or that situation. You guys are projecting your trash onto it. You're acting like covert pedophiles and that's not cool."

Will and Jada have been completely cleared, and were only warned to keep a better eye on their children's social media sites. "No evidence presented that Willow has ever been in any danger around Moises or that she has ever been physically or emotionally abused," a Department of Children and Family Services told Radar Online, after the completion of the investigation. The spokesperson added that they found Willow to be a "very well adjusted, smart, and articulate young lady.”
