Whit Mitchell is an executive coach, “team dynamics expert,” and author. He’s the founder and CEO of Working In Sync International, and has worked with programs at Tuck School of Business, Harvard University and Columbia University. He’s worked with the U.S. Olympic Rowing Teams, Dartmouth College, The United States Coast Guard Academy and The University of New Hampshire.
His book, also called “Working in Sync,” is about eleven former Dartmouth crew athletes, who used lessons from Mitchell to help their own careers.
