Westboro Baptist Church, everyone’s favorite bunch of wackadoo hatemongers, is up to their shenanigans once again. They are taking a break from picketing the funerals of fallen heroes and the sites of child murders to target media. All of media.
Here is a quote from The Westboro Baptist Church flier intended to hail their army of misdirected zealots into battle with…media. (How does one exorcise the demons from media? I haven’t a clue.)
Note: Horrid grammar belongs solely to whoever wrote this thing.
“God hates the media; in all its forms. God did not set these social media networks in place to facilitate perverts pursuing their divers filth; nor do they exist for paedophile [sic] grooming, spreading sodomite agenda, other wicked political propaganda or propagating mountains of false doctrine.”
The Westboro Baptist Church flier unfortunately continues, “On the contrary, all these media platforms have one purpose; to spread the gospel far and wide. Though you labor in vain to demonize and stop the words we speak; you only succeed causing more people to see, hear and be convicted.”
Westboro Baptist Church intends to begin their battle with the media by going on Reddit for an Ask Me Anything (AMA) session. Call for a rescue, someone over there is drowning in logic.
This is just plain terrifying. I feel for these poor kids!

The upcoming Westboro Baptist Church AMA seems to be in response to an AMA of a former member.
The Westboro Baptist Church AMA will occur on August 10th, and I expect it to be quite the show.
Westboro will then picket Reddit headquarters in San Francisco on August 12th. Don’t worry, Reddit won’t be alone. They will make a grand headquarters picket tour of Facebook, Google, Apple, Skype, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram. They will protest each location for 30 minutes.

I don’t know, I think it would at least take a solid 45 minutes to collapse the gates of Google and be sure they never spread “the sodomite agenda” any further. Maybe that’s just me.
Sounds like a fun day for San Francisco…
