For sixteen years, they’ve managed to maintain a strong marriage, and despite current rumors that their relationship is going through a rough patch, Victoria Beckham is a 100% sure that she and David Beckham will still be counting more years together.

Rumors about their rocky relationship came out because of their work commitments and charity engagements, which keep them apart most of the time. Victoria said she wasn’t paying attention to the false rumors about her private life.

“David and I have nothing to prove. We love each other, look out for each other, and are strong as both partners and parents,” Victoria said in her interview with U.K. magazine, Grazia Daily. Victoria also expressed her admiration for her husband, proving further that their marriage is intact. “My husband constantly inspires me and guides me, he has done so much good work,” Victoria said. “I look up to him and have the utmost admiration for all that he has achieved.”

As for being strong parents, Victoria and David have four kids; sons Brooklyn, 16; Romeo, 13; and ten-year-old Cruz, as well as four-year-old daughter Harper. Victoria said they are raising them to be humble and teaching them not to take things for granted.

“David and I explain what privileged lives they lead. We tell them that in many places, children are hungry, homeless and sick,” Victoria said.

Victoria and David also set good examples for their kids when it comes to lifestyle and work.

“David and I both have a strong work ethic and I believe that’s a good example to set for our children,” Victoria said.

Needless to say, the Beckham family seems like a solid team.

“I am blessed to have a wonderful husband and beautiful, healthy, happy children. Yes, we travel a lot with our respective businesses and charitable commitments, but we always make time for each other as a couple and as a family,” Victoria said.
