Back in July, Glee star Cory Monteith died after abusing heroin and alcohol. His death left his friends and co-stars grieving and saddened, but his acting career is destined to go on for a while longer.
Monteith had recently starred in two movie productions, McCanick and All the Wrong Reasons. McCanick will be the first movie to see a release, and is now making its way across the movie festival circuit. The movie stars character actor David Morse (The Green Mile, The Hurt Locker, House) as McCanick, a cop with a past to hide. Monteith plays a convicted felon whose release from prison could expose McCanick’s past actions and those of his superiors.
