Tori Spelling was briefly quarantined over the weekend following a severe coughing spell that nearly caused her to black out.

The actress and reality star was diagnosed with bronchitis and may have pneumonia, but does not have Ebola. She did have to be separated from other patients at Cedars-Sinai on Saturday, however, out of an abundance of caution. According to E! News, Spelling is still hospitalized due to difficulty breathing and also has a severe sinus infection.

Spelling's health hasn't been in the best condition recently; in April, she reportedly spent a week in the hospital for an unknown reason, and she was hospitalized for several weeks following the birth of her youngest child after suffering complications from the delivery.

The actress has four children with husband Dean McDermott, with whom she is in the middle of a reconciliation. The couple have been sharing their marital struggles with fans on the reality show True Tori, where she recently announced that the "felt pregnant". It's unknown at this time whether the star is expecting, however.

McDermott, who was reportedly unfaithful to Spelling during his time traveling as host for Chopped Canada, says he is trying hard to make their marriage work.

“I’m working very hard on myself. My sobriety, it means everything to me, becoming the dad and the husband that I’ve always wanted to be and that they deserve…I’m changing my life for the good," he said.
