Tori Spelling recently had her fourth child, Finn Davey, and all seemed well right after the birth. But reps say she had a setback and was admitted back into the hospital for emergency surgery.
The actress had a C-section this last time around, and apparently there were some complications. Though no details were given, Spelling’s rep released a statement yesterday announcing that she is in recovery and is doing well.
“Tori underwent emergency surgery over the weekend due to complications from her c-section,” the statement read. “She remains in the hospital and is resting comfortably.”
Spelling has had C-sections for all four of her pregnancies, and became pregnant with Finn just weeks after giving birth to daughter Hattie; it could be that two C-sections in the short span of just a year was difficult for her body to recover from.
