Tim Tebow has a new job. It still includes football, but not him playing it. The SEC Network has hired Tebow as a college football analyst for the pre-game show SEC Nation.
While Tebow is still perusing his football career, he says that this is a great opportunity for him. “I am so excited that ESPN has given me this incredible opportunity,” Tebow said in a statement. “When I was 6 years old, I fell in love with the game of football, and while I continue to pursue my dream of playing quarterback in the NFL, this is an amazing opportunity to be part of the unparalleled passion of college football and the SEC.”
Tebow will appear, on the show, for the first time on January 6, and will be traveling to the different SEC campuses to report on the games. Tebow will also be contributing to SportsCenter, ESPN Radio and the network’s Heisman Trophy coverage.
