Since allegations of infidelity by rapper Kanye West's ex, Amber Rose, rumors and speculation have been flying in recent months about a possible secret romance between West and socialite and entrepreneur Kim Kardashian, and it appears West is giving clues about it in his single "Theraflu".

While the pair aren't exactly secret anymore--TMZ released photos of them leaving a viewing of "The Hunger Games" in New York on Wednesday, as well as pics of Kardashian leaving West's apartment this morning wearing the same clothes she had on last night--fans and the media are going wild with the song, since it may prove they had an undercover tryst while she was dating someone else.

The song, which teases listeners with lyrics like, "And I'll admit, I fell in love with Kim, 'round the same time she had fell in love with him, well, that's cool, baby girl, do ya thing, lucky I ain't have Jay drop him from the team," alludes to Kim's brief marriage to New Jersey Nets player Kris Humphries and West's friendship with rapper Jay-Z, who is co-owner of the Nets. The single hasn't officially been released yet, but numerous videos have been leaked on the web and are spreading like wildfire despite the best efforts of Universal Music to have them all taken down.
