comScore has put out its monthly report looking at the top web properties. Not surprisingly, Google sites are up top, followed by Yahoo sites, Microsoft, Facebook, AOL, and Amazon.

Top gainers (by percentage) included NFL, Staples, Infospace, and Procter & Gamble. Here’s the top 50:

“Ticket sites were popular in July as Americans looked to make the most out of their summer at concerts, sports and other events,” said Jeff Hackett, executive vice president of comScore Media Metrix. “Many parents took advantage of early back-to-school promotions at Consumer Goods and Apparel sites, which experienced a significant spike in traffic.”

It’s interesting to note that Amazon is number 6 on the overall web properties. comScore released another report earlier this week indicating that Amazon attracts one in five Internet users globally.
