Sony really loves its live action trailers. It produced one earlier this year for God of War Ascension, and it’s now created one for Naughty Dog’s epic – The Last Of Us.

Unlike the God of War trailer, this one is far more subtle. It combines footage from the game and a live actor to illustrate how a post-apocalyptic environment can dramatically change a person’s physical appearance. It’s pretty powerful stuff.

Oh, and if you were wondering, The Last of Us seems to be the game you should be playing this year. It’s already earned countless perfect scores from a number of respected publications, and many are calling it the best game of this generation.

The Last Of Us launches exclusively for the PS3 on June 14.
