The Dictator congratulates Socialist leader Francois Hollande for his victory over Nicholas Sarkozy in France’s recent presidential election. Though, he says he doesn’t hold a candle to Dominique Strauss-Kahn, who “has some of the best rape excuses he has ever heard.”

The dictator is slated for release on May 16th. In preparation Sascha Barron Cohen has done several prank/stunts crossing his character over into real-life in classic Cohen style. One memorable incident included spilling “Kim Jong Il’s ashes” onto Ryan Seacrest at the Oscars.

Here is the latest official trailer for the movie. This time around, Cohen will be joining an actual cast of actors, instead the Borat and Ali G style movie we are used to. I guess it gets harder to conduct a fake interview when everyone knows who you are.

Who knows if Cohen has more up his sleeve between now and the movies release.
