StumbleUpon launched an update for its Android app today, adding some new features like sharing via SMS, an Activity Center, and the ability to add content to lists (a helpful feature that has been available on the desktop site and via the desktop toolbar for some time).

The activity center lets you view shares and follower notifications.
There’s also a new navigation menu, giving you one tap access to likes, lists, interests, and followers.
In addition to now being able to add stuff to lists, the app will now let you discover lists, including trending, new, and recommended lists via a tabbed layout.
The browsing experience itself has also been improved. You can browse links within stumbles, and use the soft key to get back to the original stumble.
The company calls the new Android experience its “most powerful mobile stumbling experience yet.”
A recent report from Shareaholic found that StumbleUpon was one of only three of the eight major social networks it tracks to see an increase in website referrals year over year (the other two were Facebook and Pinterest).
