Steve Jobs’ death a few months ago was greeted with a huge outpouring of emotion. Displays of grief were many and varied, and lots of people looked for ways to commemorate the man they saw as another Thomas Edison. Now, a company called In Icons has found a… unique way to commemorate Jobs: a 12-inch poseable action figure. G.I. Jobs, as no one is calling it, has not been authorized by Jobs’ family, so it probably won’t ever actually be released. For now, however, you can pre-order it for $99. It’s scheduled for a late February release. I’m guessing that means February 24th, which would have been Jobs’ 57th birthday.
