Later in his acting career, Franken starred in various roles in the late 1960’s comedy TV series of Bewitched, playing minor roles in seven episodes, such as: George Barkley, Hawkins, Orvis, Juke, Cousin Henry, and Bruce.
Recently, Franken came active in voice acting, presenting the voices in various television series, such as Spawn (additional voices), and Detention (Mr. Beal). Franken can also be seen in the Ron Howard mystery Angels & Demons as Cardinal Colbert.
