For those fans that continue to get excited about the upcoming Divergent film, there is now another clip that will get people even more enthused for the film’s release. Shailene Woodley is rebelling against the system, and she shows her strength when fighting back in the newest clip.

Divergent, Shailene Woodley’s latest film, features a dystopian, futuristic version of Chicago, where citizens are divided into distinct factions based on their personalities. Her character, Tris, is viewed as one of the Divergents, which means that she does not fit in any of the categories, and is dangerous to society.

The film is based on the first book in a young adult book trilogy, which is written by Veronica Roth. The other two books in the series are Insurgent and Allegiant. The latest trailer features a handful of new scenes, along with footage from previous trailers, and is set to air during the Olympics coverage on Thursday night.

In addition to Shailene Woodley, the film stars Theo James and Kate Winslet, who plays a faction leader that orders Tris and the other Divergents to be killed. Tris tires to hide her identity from those around here, but it is not able to work for too long.

Her character sets out to stop Tris and the others, but Woodley’s character is determined to fight back. The latest clip of Divergent shows Winslet’s character addressing an auditorium, and she explains that “the future belongs to those who know where they belong.”

Before joining the Divergent franchise, Shailene Woodley had won over audiences with her breakthrough role in The Descendants, which was nominated for several awards, and also co-starred George Clooney. She was most recently seen in The Spectacular Now, which is also based on a young adult novel.

Shailene Woodley’s next hit film, Divergent, is set to hit theaters on March 21st. What does everyone think of the latest clip? Does this series have the ability to compete with The Hunger Games in terms of popularity?
