It’s hard to keep your cool when technical difficulties are preventing you from performing properly. Selena Gomez knows this firsthand and when the frustration got to be more than she could bare, she dropped an f-bomb and walked off the stage during her Christmas performance.

Gomez was performing at KIIS-FM’s annual Jingle Ball in Los Angeles Friday night when witnesses say that she started to mess with her earpiece and lip sync the songs. She later told the crowd that the sound was not working properly and apologized to them several times.

“I have to thank you guys so much for allowing me to be able to perform the music that I love,” Gomez said. “And I have to say that before you guys go on to the people that you care about, I really appreciate you supporting everything that I do. So this next song is the first song I had hit No. 1, and it’s called ‘Come & Get It.'”

Gomez attempted to perform ‘Come & Get It’ but did not finish the song. Instead she said “what the f***?” into the mic and left the stage.

Although Gomez’s mic may not have been cooperating with her during the performance, she managed to look amazing on stage. She wore a red strapless bodysuit with a black lace overlay, along with dark lipstick and a cropped hairstyle.

Fans seemed disappointed by Gomez’s actions, but her reps have not yet released a statement about the incident. Hopefully Gomez was just having a bad day and experiencing some technical difficulties and is able to handle herself better during the next performance.
