Rumer Willis has seen her share of headlines lately since her mom, Demi Moore, saw her relationship with Ashton Kutcher end before entering rehab. The gossip mill has been churning about Rumer and her sisters being estranged from their mom since all the drama went down, but no matter what her family situation is like at the moment, she seems to be moving on past it.

Rumer tweeted about her birthday, which was Thursday, and seemed happy to be able to spend it with family and new boyfriend, Jayson Blair.
