Quentin Tarantino’s dating Uma Thurman? Several rumor reports are suggesting that he is! Although neither have taken the time to confirm or deny the rumors, many media outlets are still insisting that the rumors are true. But, now Thurman has opted to set the record straight.

During a recent interview with Vs. magazine, the 44-year-old actress opened up about her rumored relationship with the famed film director. She revealed they both find the rumors quite comical although several media outlets have suggested they’ve been together on and off for several years.

“I was discussing [the rumors] with Mr. Tarantino last night,” she said. “He was angry at me for not calling him back, because as he said, ‘According to the papers we are practically married!’ and he laughed hysterically.”

“So our relationship is pretty much what it’s always been,” she continued. “People are just having fun with it.”

For years, Thurman and the 51-year-old screenwriter have often denied the dating rumors, classifying their relationship as strictly professional. With their notable film credits, Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill: Vol. 1 and Kill Bill: Vol. 2, it’s relatively easy to see how their work-related association could be perceived as much more.

Although they continue to insist they’re just friends, sources close to them are adamantly expressing they’ve stepped outside of the friend zone. Back in May when the rumors began stirring again, insiders spoke with US Weekly about their friendship.

“They had a thing and got together again recently,” a source told US Weekly. “He’s loved her for years.” Another source also weighed in with reported details about Tarantino’s alleged love affair with Thurman. The insider revealed that Tarantino has cared deeply for Thurman for years.

“There has always been an attraction,” a different insider revealed. “She has indulged from time to time, and that’s how their relationship has always worked.”

In addition to the dating rumors, she and Tarantino are also rumored to be working on the third installment of the Kill Bill film series.
