Percy Harvin will finally be making it into the lineup of the Seattle Seahawks in week 11. He is expected to return to practice after week 10, and will likely play in their next game against the Minnestota Vikings.

The Vikings are his former team, and it would certainly make a statement for him if he were able to come back during that game and play against his old team.

Harvin was acquired from the Seahawks during the off-season, in a trade from the Vikings. He had hip surgery on August 1st in order to repair a torn labrum.

The Seahawks are one of the top teams in the league, and while they were looking forward to using him in the lineup, they have still remained to be one of the great teams, and continue to dominate in the NFC especially.

He has been in rehab since his injury occurred in August, and has been forced to miss more time than was originally expected. He seems to be getting better, and his coach is looking at his return positively when saying “All of the signs are really encouraging. He feels good. He’s not having any issues after he works out the next day, so I think we’ve built up enough days here to take a real good positive step. I don’t know what that means in terms of playing next week, but we’re hoping he’ll be able to get some extra work and really jump back into it.”

Percy Harvin would certainly want to make a return against the Vikings especially, in a dramatic entrance that is sure to make the game even more exciting. The return of Percy Harvin will be an even bigger boost for an already stellar Seahwaks team, and put the fear in their opponents. The quick and versatile receiver signed with the Seahawks on March 12 in a deal that sent the Vikings a first-round and seventh-round pick from Seattle in 2013, along with a third-round pick in 2014.

Harvin is one of the most dynamic receivers in the NFL, and will be a key addition to the team, as they near the end of the season, and look to be successful in the playoffs again. Throughout his career, he has recorded 280 career receptions for 3,302 yards and 20 touchdowns.
