North West, daughter of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, and Penelope Disick, daughter of Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick, are cousins–but it’s plain to see their bond is that of best friends, too. The little girls, who are two and three, respectively, spend a great deal of time together, not unlike their famous moms.
