Far Cry 3 may be coming a little later than expected, but that simply means Ubisoft now has more time to put together trailers for the game.
Over the past few weeks, Ubisoft has been releasing trailers focused on specific enemies and characters from Far Cry 3. This week, the new trailer focuses on “The Tribe” and its leaders. It seems players will be roped into some tribal legends and granted warrior status to slay the Rakyat tribe’s enemies. Just how the tribe will fit into the narrative is unclear, though the trailer, seen below, does imply that the tribe’s leader is the sister of a warlord that has already gotten his own trailer.
The leader of the tribe is Citra, a mysterious, sexy woman who uses ritual and myth to create an air of mysticism. While she leads the tribe, Dennis (the guy in the glasses) will serve as players’ “spiritual guide,” providing tattoo services and some direction.
