Neve Campbell, who rose to fame on the television show "Party Of Five" and went on to find success with Wes Craven's "Scream" franchise, is about to make a return to TV, and she's doing it with a former co-star.

Campbell will be playing McDreamy's sister on "Grey's Anatomy"--one of four, two of whom have showed up in previous episodes played by Catelina Scorsone and Embeth Davitz--marking the second time she's worked with Patrick Dempsey. The first job the pair had together was on the set of "Scream 3".

The actress will appear in two episodes sometime in December, and joins the series at a time of high drama as McDreamy recuperates from a deadly plane crash.
