Big Sean’s latest music video for his song “Fire” that debuted on Friday night features Miley Cyrus. The rapper explained why he chose the former Disney star to play a part in his video. “I think Miley did a great job as a metaphor for strong women, being strong person after heartbreak (hence the burning pic that could symbolize her old romance), or maybe even deeper problems but in the end remaining as elegant as a rose,” he wrote. “People looking at her like she’s twerking and all this stuff, but she’s an awesome person, man,” the rapper said. “She symbolizes the beauty of a lot of women overcoming different relationships and being as beautiful as a flower.”
A special video for a special song. I got Miley Cyrus for this video because she's somebody who's had a personal evolution as a lot of us

The concept for the video is about overcoming past relationships. Cyrus’ character is representing how something beautiful can “come out victorious” despite the many obstacles that can occur within a relationship. “Fire” is a song off of his new album “Hall of Fame”, due out August 27.
