Lisa Robin Kelly, who played Eric Foreman’s sister on “That ’70s Show”, can’t seem to stay out of trouble with the law.

The 43-year old actress was arrested on suspicion of DUI on Saturday in southern California after her car stalled on the side of the road and troopers stopped to help her. After noticing that she appeared intoxicated, officers made an arrest. She was later released on $5,000 bail.

Last November, Kelly was arrested for the second time in 2012 for a domestic dispute after allegedly assaulting her 61-year old husband. She was also arrested last year for another DUI.

Kelly claimed innocence in the spousal abuse case, saying her husband was trying to ruin her career with the accusations. However, she hasn’t had many onscreen jobs since leaving “That ’70s Show”; her character, Laurie, was written off the show in the 3rd season amid rumors of drug and alcohol abuse, which she denied. She was later replaced by a different actress, who was written into the show under the premise that Laurie married Fez so that he could stay in the country.
