Lindsay Lohan is reportedly suing Rockstar Games due to imagery they used in Grand Theft Auto V, saying it looks too much like her and that they never asked permission.

The images include a photo on the cover of the game which shows a blonde in a bikini, holding up a smartphone while flashing a peace sign. Though that picture has been compared to Sports Illustrated model Kate Upton, Lohan thinks it looks too much like her for comfort. There's also a scene in the game where a young starlet has to avoid paparazzi, and another where the player is asked to secretly film a girl having sex in a hotel resembling the Chateau Marmont, a place Lohan has actually lived in for long periods of time.

Lohan hasn't been making many headlines lately; fresh out of rehab after arrests, brawls, and substance abuse issues, the 27-year old actress has been staying out of the spotlight for the most part. She did share some photos on Instagram over the Thanksgiving holiday as she cooked up a dish of marshmallow-topped yams, however.

No word yet on whether Rockstar Games has admitted to borrowing Lohan's likeness for the game or how much Lohan is asking for in the lawsuit.
