Are Laura Prepon and Tom Cruise a couple? Rumor has it the Orange is the New Black star could be the new Mrs. Tom Cruise. One source claims the Church of Scientology bigwig is on ‘cloud nine’ about this new romance, while his rep says no way–it’s simply not true. Who knows what the truth really is?

Laura reportedly accompanied Tom to a party at John Travolta’s home recently. About a week earlier he took her to an extravagant dinner at The Renaissance at The Manor Hotel. And just a few days after that they went out to brunch at the same restaurant. Cruise’s rep isn’t saying the actor didn’t go on these dates. What’s being contested is the romance-leading-to-marriage part.

Laura Prepon is also a devout follower of the Church of Scientology, so that’s one plus for her as far as Tom Cruise goes. Do you suppose she’s been interviewed by the Church of Scientology as a possible wife for the actor? The Church of Scientology supposedly does that. A few women have come forward in recent months claiming they were interviewed by senior members of the organization with the church’s intent of matching them up with Tom Cruise.

Not everyone is thrilled about the notion of Prepon even dating the Mission: Impossible star.

Besides being a member of the Church of Scientology and having played the role of Alex Vause on Orange is the New Black, Laura Prepon is known for her role as Donna Pinciotti on That 70s Show. She starred on that show for all eight seasons.
