Lamar Odom is back on Instagram after several months away from the social media site. Lamar endured several months of emotional trauma as he dealt with the deaths of two of his close friends–Jamie Sangouthai and Bobby Heyward, to drugs–and saw his marriage to Khloe Kardashian officially end.

These days Lamar Odom is doing his best to lead a very healthy lifestyle, and he shared one of his recent healthy meals with his Instagram followers.

It seems healthy eating isn’t the only positive in Lamar Odom’s life these days. He also posted a throwback clip to his younger days, when he was a high school basketball star.

A new season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians premiered recently, and on it Khloe Kardashian admitted she still checks up on Lamar Odom frequently.

“Lamar and I loved each other deeply, and I don’t believe in just acting like that relationship never existed. Things happened, but that doesn’t just stop me from caring about him or loving him,” Khloe said on the show’s premiere.

Hopefully Lamar Odom’s return to social media is indicative of his return to a happier, healthier lifestyle.
