Kourtney Kardashian has seemed like a woman who is fed up. Her relationship with Scott Disick has gone through the wringer, and on reality TV. Scott Disick’s battles with the bottle are well-documented. Kourtney stood by him through the deaths of his parents, pushed him into rehab, and showed tough love in front of a TV audience.

But when pictures hit the newsstands of Scott Disick and his old girlfriend Chloe Bartoli looking like they were snuggling up in Monte Carlo, Kourtney kicked him to the curb.

But they do have kids together. So sources said they met for lunch, where Kourtney laid down the law to Lord Disick.

“Kourtney knows that Scott is a different man when he drinks, and that’s not the man she fell in love with,” a source said. “She’s asked him, in no uncertain terms, if he wants to be a good father to their children, then he has to step up to the plate and do what Kourtney says.”

But then came the news that Scott Disick had been photographed in a steamy liplock with a blonde at the 1Oak club where Disick frequently hosts.

The pictures run in the Daily Mail are very blurry, taken in low light, and not much of an indictment of Disick. Still, sources say it hit Kourtney pretty hard.

“When Kourtney and Scott had their showdown talks over lunch, she really felt that she might have gotten through to him,” the source said. “She thought that by asking him to be more responsible, asking him to take action and make some changes in his life, he may just take notice and realize what’s most important to him.”

“But she now feels he’s slapped that right back in her face. She’s so frustrated by what he’s doing at the moment, and wishes he would lay low in-between his nightclub special appearances. Kourtney feels that Scott is just running away from his problems, and needs to man-up.”

Disick and others say the pictures are not showing what everyone thinks they are. He was in a crowd, and had to know that cameras would be clicking all around him. He says the woman was a waitress at the club, and that they were not kissing.
