We reported earlier that Kim Kardashian was attacked by an anti-fur activist Thursday night. The woman doused Kim with flour as she was walking on the red carpet for a launch party for “True Reflection,” a perfume line.

Khloe Kardashian was stunned by the entire scene and looked for her sister in a frenzy.

Kim returned tot he paparazzi and said, “I told my make-up artist that I needed more powder.”

Apparently the joke wore off fast and now she is considering suing the flour bomber.

After the incident she filed a non-criminal battery report with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department but said she did not intend to press changes against the woman. But now she is changing her mind and doesn’t want the woman to go unpunished and is worried that if she doesn’t take the incident seriously it could lead to injurious attacks on other celebrities:

Now that I think about it and had some time to digest it, I think, ‘What if that was some other substance? What if that person had a dangerous weapon?’ It’s scary. And what’s even scarier is this woman acted as if she was a part of the press. She just came out of nowhere! And so we are definitely changing things up a little bit, amping up security, taking some measures, and … I’m gonna definitely deal with it because it is not acceptable.

It is still unclear whether she will formally press charges or not but many Twitter users think the charade is funny and would prefer that law enforcement focus on more important issues:
