Kim Kardashian posted photos on Instagram over the weekend of baby North’s baptism–shots that had previously been unseen to the public– and they quickly made their way around the web as fans shared them.
The reality star traveled to Jerusalem with husband Kanye West two months ago during a trip to Armenia and had a baptism ceremony for North at St. James Cathedral, something she says was incredibly special to her, especially since she was pregnant with their second child at the time.
“I don’t remember posting these pics of us in Jerusalem. This was where Mary took Jesus to wash him off after he died on the cross. Baptizing North in Jerusalem in an Armenian church with our new baby in my belly was so special,” Kim wrote.
When asked recently whether she and Kanye will go with another directional name for their second baby, she denied it vehemently, saying that would be setting them up for competition.
“I don’t like South West because North will always be better, and she has a better direction. I wouldn’t do that. I don’t think we’ll go with another direction,” she told NPR.
While the rumor mill continues to churn regarding Kim’s baby, she says that none of the things going around are true, including the story that she’s having a boy this time around.
“So many rumors. We are not having twins, yes I am carrying my own baby, we have not told anyone the sex of our baby yet! Nothing is confirmed unless you hear it from me,” Kim Kardashian wrote on Twitter.
